The problem

Every company runs on playbooks. Execution is where value leaks.

Written once, done by hand.

SOPs and help articles describe the steps. People still click through them every time.

No API, no automation.

Legacy and vertical software often has no clean integration, so the work stays manual.

AI agents aren't reliable enough.

General-purpose agents guess, fail silently, and need a power user to babysit them.

Your team already wrote the playbooks. The hard part is getting them executed the same way, every time.

How it works

Point us at the how-to. We finish the job.

  1. 01

    Ingest

A help article, a doc or a screen recording of an expert, once.

  2. 02

    Build

A tested recipe. Missing steps are filled in, outdated ones caught, and it asks only when it must.

  3. 03

    Run

In the user’s own browser, signed in with their own login, on any web app.

  4. 04

    Verify

The end state is checked on every run, and an audit log is saved. Done, or exactly why not.

Build once, run by anyone. No scripting, no rework.

What teams use it for

Multi-step work across any web app.

Customer onboarding and implementation

Set up new accounts from customer spreadsheets and setup guides.

Bulk admin changes

Apply credits, add services or change schedules across hundreds of accounts.

Data entry from documents

Invoices, requisitions and forms, entered into third-party systems.

Posting to systems without APIs

Job boards, portals and legacy tools.

IT and security setup

SSO, DNS records and access roles, plus the compliance evidence to prove it.

"Do it for me" in-product

A button on a help article that runs the steps for the customer.

Why not a general AI agent?

A general AI agent can try the task. Fastlane gets it done right.

The question we hear most is how this differs from asking Claude or ChatGPT to do it. Here is the short answer.

  • Each run

Fastlane: The same tested recipe, every run

General-purpose AI agent: A fresh guess every time

  • Who can run it

Fastlane: Anyone on the team, from one link

General-purpose AI agent: A power user, watching

  • Proof it worked

    Fastlane: Checks the end state

General-purpose AI agent: Reports that it is done

  • Record

Fastlane: An audit log and a replay of every step

General-purpose AI agent: A chat transcript

  • Cost per run

Fastlane: Runs a saved recipe, so each run costs less

General-purpose AI agent: Works the whole task out again each time

Security

Runs inside your guardrails, not around them.

Your own sign-ins

SSO and MFA work as they do today.

Inherits permissions

If a person can’t do it, the agent can’t either.

Secrets stay sealed

Passwords stay in a vault. The model never sees them.

Approval before submit

Live or irreversible steps wait for a human yes.

No API keys to hand over

Nothing broad to grant, store or rotate.

Every step logged

A full audit trail of what ran, when and for whom.

Local-first: runs happen in your own browser by default, with optional cloud runs when you want them.

Start a pilot

One real workflow. Two weeks, free.

Pick one workflow your team repeats every week. We run it free for two weeks, and you get the success rate and the hours saved.

  1. 1. Pick

You pick one painful how-to your team repeats.

  2. 2. Run

We automate it, free. A doc or a Loom is enough, with no IT access to start.

  3. 3. Report

Success rate, hours saved and where the docs broke.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

How is it priced?

The pilot is free. After that, pricing is based on completed outcomes, and we agree the details with you before anything is billed.

What happens when the software's screens change?

Fastlane adapts when a button moves or a menu is renamed. When it cannot tell what to do, it stops and says why, and it never improvises on an irreversible step. Runs are monitored, and fixes to a recipe wait for your approval.

Do you need access to our systems?

Not to start. A pilot needs a how-to doc or a short screen recording. Runs happen in your team’s own browser, signed in as they already are, so there are no API keys to hand over.

Which apps does it work with?

Web apps your team already uses in a browser, including legacy and vertical software with no API.
